Jean Leclerc Excavation is at the front line in performing public utility undergrounding works, such as hydroelectric systems and telecommunications networks.

Our expertise includes the construction of underground chambers that are useful for network expansion or maintenance purposes, pipeline drilling underneath bridges and rivers, or to install suspended pipes underneath bridges, when required.

Our state-of-the-art equipment is equipped with lasers and GPS allowing us to perform ultra-precise directional drilling to a predetermined target.
